One of Australia's strongest 2023 bigs, Yaak Yaak has been developing at the NBA Global Academy since January 2021, and was selected as the sole 2004-born athlete to Australia's 2021 Under 19 World Cup team. Yaak is still putting together is ability to impact games, but with high level physical tools, increasing flashes of skill, high level coaching and a strong character, Yaak has a baseline as a strong interior big on both ends with potential to expand his role in the coming years.
